To create a free printable pregnancy journal scrapbook:

You will need 9 pieces of 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock, a glue stick, a marker (or pen).

1. DOWNLOAD the pregnancy journal/baby's first year package to your computer.

2. Open the pregnancyjournal.jpg file in your image editor.

3. Print nine copies.

4. Glue cardstock to the back of each journal page to create scrapbook pages.

5. Use a three hole punch down the left side of the journal pages.

6. Place pages in a binder and decorate the cover.

To fill out your scrapbook's journal pages:

1. Fill in month and year

2. Select a day to take a picture of your growing belly and take a picture on that day of every month until the last month of your pregnancy. At the end of your pregnancy you will be able to see the progression of your size!

3. Write in details about special occasions, doctors appointments, what you are craving, how you are feeling  and anything else. This will help you remember everything about the pregnancy. Your child will enjoy reading this with you when they get older!
